Meditating with a group can be a great support for your practice. A week of joint practice can also help to (re-)establish a daily practice on your own.
This October week will provide this opportunity. Five days with a 30 minutes’ practice, with a little guidance and much silence. Open to everyone with some meditation experience.
Costs: participation is on dana-basis. (free gift, meaning you can donate as much or as little as you want). After registration you will receive the Zoom link for this week, as well as information on how to donate.
