Lot: “I am always touched when people find more freedom through the practice of mindfulness; a method which opens the heart and gives more clarity in life. It is a great joy when people find in mindfulness a tool for being with happiness and sorrow – with all that is present in their lives. I thoroughly enjoy working in different cultures and countries worldwide, and have found the common humanity is what connects us everywhere.”
