Workshops and courses

Have you attended a mindfulness program or learned to meditate, and are you looking for ways to develop your practice? Or are you a mindfulness professional looking for further training? On this page you can find workshops and courses for professionals as well as for the general public.

All workshops and courses I offer are for people with (some) experience.

The 8-week Interpersonal Mindfulness Program (IMP) is designed as a follow-up to the MBSR or MBCT, but is also open to others with meditation experience. It offers more insight and skills in mindful communication and is also called relational mindfulness.

In addition, I regularly offer workshops, daylongs and courses for teachers looking for new inspiration and continuing education. Programs offered in-person as well as live-online.
