All workshops and courses I offer are for people with (some) experience.
The 8-week Interpersonal Mindfulness Program (IMP) is designed as a follow-up to the MBSR or MBCT, but is also open to others with meditation experience. It offers more insight and skills in mindful communication and is also called relational mindfulness.
In addition, I regularly offer workshops, daylongs and courses for teachers looking for new inspiration and continuing education. Programs are live as well as online.
